Except in the unlikely event that we are required to do so by law, Exceleration Partners will keep confidential all personal data provided by individuals via our Internet site or private coaching or consulting services. We will not sell or rent any contact information provided to Exceleration Partners. 

While it is our express policy to keep all information confidential, please note that there is no confidentiality privilege recognized by any court between a professional coach and client. Information provided to Exceleration Partners is not protected by statutory privilege.
